Interdenominational Chapel
The Interdenominational Chapel situated on Missouri State University campus in Springfield uses light to enhance the sacredness of the spaces. This is accomplished from the two curved chapels which are intermediaries to bring light into the main hall. The chapel curved westward contains blue glass and the chapel oriented east filters light through red glass which then spills into the main worship space. The two colors of light are more vibrant or subdued depending on the time of day.
